The essential oil of lemon eucalyptus can be used in three different ways:

- In inhalation: a few drops in a large bowl of very hot water are enough, you just have to breathe the vapors. You can also directly apply a few drops of the essential oil on a handkerchief and smell it.

- In diffusion: pour a few drops into an essential oil diffuser to purify an entire room and the surrounding air.

- In skin application: dilute lemon eucalyptus essential oil in one or more vegetable oils. Massage the inflamed parts of the body.

We advise against using the essential oil orally without the advice of a health care professional.

This is for me if:

Suggestion n°1: care to facilitate muscle recovery

Mix:

-65 drops of lemon eucalyptus essential oil;

-30 ml of safflower oil, sweet almond oil or calendula oil

Massage the treatment for a few minutes on the inflamed area(s) twice a day.

Suggestion n°2: mosquito repellent

Add 15 drops of Citriodora essential oil (about 3 ml) to 30 ml of safflower vegetable oil (it penetrates the skin very quickly and does not leave a greasy film). Other vegetable oils can also be used (jojoba, calendula, or even sweet almond).

Skin care

Apply the treatment to all areas of the body exposed to mosquitoes. For optimal effectiveness, reapply every two to three hours.

Suggestion n°3: air freshening diffusion

Add 10 drops to a diffuser of a mixture of lemon eucalyptus essential oil, wild lemon essential oil and black pine. The proportions of the essential oils can be adapted according to your preferences. All you have to do is relax and learn. Ask your doctor in case you need advice on diffusing and if you are pregnant or nursing.

Suggestion #4: Treating skin fungus

The essential oil of citriodora has a very interesting antifungal action in aromatherapy. Indeed, it allows to fight effectively against fungi responsible for dermatophytosis, candidiasis and other skin mycosis.

Apply locally a mixture of:

- 10 drops of citriodora essential oil

- 10 drops of palmarosa essential oil

- 2 tablespoons calophyllum oil

Renew about twice a day until the fungus improves.

Suggestion n°5: eczema care

Mix the following essential and vegetable oils:

- 3 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus essential oil;

- 4 drops of Géranium Bourbon essential oil

- A dab of pure Baobab oil

- One teaspoon of pure Moringa oil

Apply this mixture to the affected area, massage until absorbed.
