Two ways to use our Lantana essential oil:

- In diffusion: to purify the whole of a room, for a soothing effect

- In massage clamoring mée à an oil végétale: de préférence by massaging the areas that we want to calm

This is for me if:

- I need a natural remedy to help me sleep

- I am looking for an essential oil to soothe joint pain

- I like strong, pungent, exotic smells

Suggesiton n°1: joint massage

Mix:

- 4 drops of Katrafay

- 2 drops of Lantana essential oil

- A dab of Cameline

Apply the mixture to the painful areas, massage gently, make the whole mixture rub well, enjoy the scents of Lantana essential oil

Suggestion n°2: to help you à sleep

Simply diffuse it at night! To calm you down

This oil is best used mixed with your night (or day) cream, or with a virgin oil, such as kukui or hemp. A few drops of the essential oil and you apply the mixture on your muscles, your joints. You will quickly feel tense. These properties are explained by its composition rich in sesquiterpene: this is what relaxes the muscle fiber and gives you a feeling of rest.
