Ylang-Ylang essential oil can be used both by skin and by breathing (inhalation and diffusion).

By the cutaneous route, apply 1 drop of the essential oil in 4 drops of virgin oil (kukui or hemp oils, for example) to the solar plexus, the arch of the foot and the inside of the wrists. You can also add a few drops of the essential oil in your usual shampoo, in your day cream or in any vegetable oil. Your skin will be purified and fortified.

Cautions for Use: Dose with caution, Ylang-Ylang is a powerful essential oil. It is advisable to test it 48 hours before the first use to identify and avoid any allergic reaction; to do this, simply apply two drops of the essential oil in the hollow of your elbow. Suggestion n°1: Sensual massage with the aphrodisiac virtues of Ylang-Ylang essential oil

Mix 10 drops of Ylang-Ylang essential oil in 30 ml of hemp seed oil, add 5 drops of palmarosa essential oil (according to your olfactory preferences) and black pepper essential oil (10 drops for a warming effect léger). Mix 30 ml of castor oil with 30 drops of Ylang-Ylang essential oil complete. Apply the preparation on your lengths and ends and leave it on in a warm towel for a minimum of 30 minutes. Then shampoo gently and rinse!

Suggestion n°3: Synergy à Ylang-Ylang essential oil against insomnia

Mix 35 drops of Ravintsara essential oil and 35 drops of Ylang-Ylang in 15 ml of kukui or hemp oil. Apply a few drops of the preparation about thirty minutes before going to bed on your solar plexus, on the inside of your wrists and on the arch of your foot. All you have to do is relax!

Mix 35 drops of Ylang-Ylang essential oil, 15 drops of palmarosa essential oil with 12 teaspoons of calophylla virgin oil. Then apply this mixture on the lower abdomen and massage for about ten minutes. This treatment is also effective on painful rheumatism, menopausal disorders and pains and leucorrhoea (vaginal discharge).
