Try our baobab oil on your skin and you won't be able to leave it alone; try it as a mask on your hair and you'll never use it again.
Rich in omega-6 and omega-9, to nourish and strengthen your skin, your hair fiber, rich in palmitic and starchic acids to protect and soften, our virgin baobab oil has everything to care for and nourish your skin, even the driest and dehydrated skin.
Pure Baobab Oil is perfect for even the driest skin, including sunburned and shiny skin! Apply it at night to allow time for the oil to properly penetrate your skin and you'll find it soft and firm in the morning.
For hair.
For hair, baobab oil is applied for dry, very dry hair: it will be excellent for nourishing and protecting your dry hair.
There are eight species of baobab trees in the world; six are found only in Madagascar, including the tree that yields the seeds for our pure baobab oil. Don't search your memories, our oil is unique, priceless.
.
Pure virgin cold pressed baobab oil. 50ml bottle.
For your hair, à use on the lengths, as a mask. If you can, leave the mask on overnight and take your regular shampoo the next day. For the skin, rub the oil with your hand to warm it up until it has a sufficiently liquid texture. Then apply the oil to the dry, damaged area of your skin. This oil takes time to penetrate your skin, so gently massage your skin to make it penetrate. Applied pure, it will leave a light, protective and velvety veil. You can mix it with a dry oil such as kukui for easier and faster application! Store at cool temperature, in a dry place and especially without light.
>.This is for you if:
- You like "raw" products, from first cold pressure: we kept the pulp of the baobab fruit to concentrate all the active ingredients in the virgin oil, for more effect!
- Looking for a texture that's not too liquid: unfiltered baobab oil is virtually solid at cool temperatures and liquefies by running the bottle under warm water
- You want to mix it with lemon eucalyptus, wild lemon or niaouli: this oil indeed blends very well with tonic fragances for a most appreciable "boost" effect.
Suggestion N°1: A nourishing mask use
Mix in a container:
- 15 mL of virgin baobab oil
- 15 mL of virgin avocado (preferably from Madagascar, as it will be more raw)
- 25 drops of wild-lemon
Remix for a few minutes while you get the mixture to blend well, and place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
When you open the door again, you'll have a great hair care product ready to be applied as a mask to your hair, lengthening on the ends. The tonic notes of wild lemon are very pleasant and your hair will thank you! Apply directly to the ends but also to the scalp and let it sit.
.Note: If you want a simple equivalence with everyday utensils, you can replace 15 mL with "a heaping spoon of soup" and you'll have the equivalence for this recipe.
Suggestion N°2: An anti-stretch mark and scar treatment
Mix 1 unit of virgin oil of Baobab with 1 unit of virgin oil of Moringa (another flagship oil in our line, of which we are very proud!).
In local application on the areas prone to stretch marks, about 3 times a week and leaving the care to dry well (after a shower for example), this mixture will attenuate existing scars or stretch marks and prevent the appearance of new ones. Idéal for example during a pregnancy.
Suggestion N°3: A facial for psoriasis, eczema and acne;
Mix in a container:
- 1 tablespoon of virgin Baobab oil
- 1 tablespoon of hemp oil
- 1/2 tablespoon of Carnamus
vegetable oil- 10 drops of palmarosa
- 10 drops of rose géranium essential oil
Mix it with water for a few seconds, and apply a few drops to your face, on areas prone to acne, eczema or psoriasis. Beware, this recipe contains essential oils and therefore requires a small tolerance test in the crease of the elbow (one à two drops in the hollow of the elbow, then wait 15 minutes to watch for a éaction).
.To go further: want to make a balm out of it? It's possible! You can heat this mixture in a water bath by adding 15 grams of organic beeswax, and homogenizing so that the mixture is liquid. By cooling, the mixture will take the consistency of a rich cream and apply directly on the face. Goodbye skin disorders, and naturally!
.Baobab oil is recommended for dry, damaged or mature skin. Thanks to the vitamin E and the essential fatty acids it contains, it prevents the appearance of wrinkles and stimulates cell renewal. Applied to the lengths of the hair it saves the most broken hair, exposed to the sun (we're talking about baobab it's normal ;) ) by strengthening them as never.
.
Soothing and healing, it will also be able to make the happiness of the sensitive skins. You can use it to relieve grief and irritation related to eczema or psoriasis. It will thus have a restorative action and will restore softness and elasticity to your skin. Finally, thanks to the richness of the nutritive elements it contains, it prevents stretch marks. Do not hesitate to apply it in soft massage on the concerned areas!

Questions about our fabulous Baobab vegetable oil and its benefits
How to use baobab oil for hair and what are its benefits
Baobab oil is a very rich vesicular oil and the origin of many hair care products due to the nourishing and protective properties of the oil. It is sufficient to apply it as a mask, especially for dry, brittle, creaky or split hair. Its soft properties allow it to leave a protective film on your hair and to rework your ends. Apply directly to the ends (or from roots to ends for a complete treatment) and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Then shampoo as usual. Rinse off with cold water for effectiveness and to close up your hair.
.
How to extract baobab oil
The baobab oil is extracted cold by pressing the seeds of the tree without additional heating. Care must be taken not to raise the temperature during the pressing itself, as the simple friction can sometimes be enough to reach 60-70 degrees Celsius, and it is then advisable to slow down the pressing process in order to preserve the essential nutrients in its cosmetic powers.
What does our pure baobab oil smell like, and what is its texture?
The smell of baobab oil is very neutral and will suit all tastes. The oil sometimes possesses (depending on the batch) a more vivid, "green" smell but is never very noticeable.
In terms of texture, the baobab oil has a very neutral smell and will suit all tastes.
In terms of texture, the oil can have a creamy feel at room temperature (especially in winter when temperatures are lower and the oil is thicker), but becomes liquid at about 20/21 degrees C. It's quite simple: our customers tell us every time the season changes: the oil is clear in summer and looks creamy in winter. No need to worry: it will then be enough to pass it under warm water the case to liquefy it.
Is it comédogène?
No, she is not comédogène at all. It's usually given 0 on the scale of true oils, which makes it quite advisable for oily or oily-prone skin.

Mira
