Our oil for the skin

Our hand oil is a perfect combo of mirabelle, jojoba, cherry, lemon and orange oils. It’s a miracle oil that comes to soften and moisturize your hands and you won’t be able to live without it!

Jojoba oil aka “liquid gold”, is rich in omega 9 and vitamins B and E, which guarantees extreme and deep hydration without leaving a greasy film. It quickly penetrates the skin and the results are almost immediate!

We add a pinch of perlimpinpin and boom! Mirabelle plum brings sweetness thanks to its omega 6, lemon and orange bring tonicity, and cherry (on the cake) brings UV protection and skin regeneration! An explosive cocktail.

On the other hand, we do have some advice depending on the condition of your little hands.

As a reminder, our hand care is composed of 6 pure and virgin ingredients:

mirabelle oil, jojoba oil, cherry oil and lemon essential oil and orange essential oil.

For irritated and chapped hands

When your hands are subjected to dry, frigid air, rough movements or contact with strong detergents, they tend to become dry and brittle. This is where our little oil comes in. The idea is to apply a few drops very regularly to restore protection to your skin and allow it to replenish itself in good conditions.

Please note that the oil is not intended to be used on the skin.

The application of the vegetable oils leaves a protective film, while the essential oils (orange and lemon), through their antibacterial and antioxidant action, allow the area to remain healthy. They also help to stimulate blood circulation in the areas of application.

The crevices are made from a combination of essential oils.

Can cracks on the hands be treated with essential oils?

All in all, the important thing is that the wounds are not too large, because it would then be painful to apply essential oil à live. These would then pass directly into the bloodstream.

As long as the cracks are not too important, no worries, and essential oils are even precious allies to deacute the lesions, and sanitize the area (kill bacteria and microorganisms that could penetrate the immune system). It is recalled that the skin is our protection against external aggressions, infections and bacteria, which is why the cracks in the hands, feet and joints are not to be taken lightly as soon as they worsen, and that it is better to prevent than to cure them.

When your hands are bleeding

Then the situation is much worse because access to the immune system is then easier for foreign bodies and bacteria. In general, cracks of this type, chronic dermatitis and deep crevices require more extensive care: the area must be isolated with a liquid dressing or bandage, cleaned regularly and disinfected. Cosmetic products are recommended on healthy skin, so it is better to wait until the wound closes and the cracks become "light" again before applying healing creams or oils. Continuous bleeding (without clotting or healing) is not a good thing and should be discussed with your doctor. Our hand oil is made up of 5 pure, virgin ingredients: mirabelle plum oil, jojoba oil, cherry oil and lemon essential oil and orange essential oil. That’s it. 100% natural. 30ml bottle.

Olactic Acid (Oméga 9):

The last of the three essential fatty acids: to nourish your skin over the long term, restore its suppleness, repair it. The sébum is composed of 30%. Our jojoba and mirabelle oils are rich in it.

Linoleic acid (Oméga-6):

Our L'huile aux mains d'argent, it came simply after testing the fabulous Mirabelle and Cherry oils. We had a big crush on these two oils from Lorraine, which are very soft and above all smell like frangipane and freshly baked cake. We wanted a care that smells like the ground, that's why we added the essential oil of lemon and orange from Sicily. The whole thing reminds of lemon meringue pie, a few drops are enough on the hands, and no greasy film. The name? Andy came up with it.

We especially wanted to make something simple, well adapted to all hands, and that you can apply with pleasure throughout the day, without having to wash your hands again. It's very simple: a few drops (2 or 3 max, no need for more on each hand), and off you go! Let's go for the sweet smell. Three drops. Madagascar, France, Sicily. 3 Drops.

How to heal cracks in hands and fingers naturally

The important thing is to nourish the skin in a regular way. Regularity is really the key, hence the choice of the pipette for our L'huile aux mains d'argent! Only a few drops are enough in case of a crack, and it is advisable as soon as possible to stop the cause of the cracks (reactive movement, presence of detergent, extremely dry air, etc.).

The oil is very effective in the treatment of cracks.

Apply our treatment every day, several times a day when you feel your hands drying out, and continue until the crack closes.

How to close/heal a crevice

To heal a crack and restore your skin to its original appearance, don't rush to apply hand oil to your skin. The essential oils in this treatment fight bacteria locally, and the rich mirabelle and cherry oils nourish your skin to help it heal. Another thing to do in these cases is to leave your skin alone! Indeed, a skin that has been hardened and that has developed cracks (following manual work, contact with harsh products, skin irritation, etc.) is more likely to be damaged;The skin is weakened and does not defend itself as well against external aggressions. It is thus advisable to give it time to heal, with the help of our care, but also with the help of a bandage to change regularly, or a liquid bandage. The presence of recent moisture on your hands is also a point of concern to have, as it promotes the development of bacteria.

What is the difference between a crack and a germ?

Gerçure is a type of crevasse. If the crevice indicates a deep groove in the skin and compromising its integrity (preventing it, for example, from ensuring its protective function from external attacks, whether physical or bacteriological), the gerçure is a shallow crevice, limited to the epidermis.

We often associate chapped skin with cold, where the crevice is simply a sign of cracking on the skin's surface.

Is this product suitable for painful cracks on feet and heels?

Our little hand oil will indeed provide relief for superficial cracks, the place where the skin needs nourishment to soothe the pain and repair the crack. For deeper cracks, this care will be very complementary to the use of Coconut oil or Baobab oil, which will help your cracks heal. A good solution is to add ravintsara essential oil, which is very effective against bacteria, in order to keep the area healthy. The location of these crevices make them difficult and it is also advisable to protect them properly, with the help of dressings that also limit the proliferation of bacteria.

The crevices of the face and neck are not always the same.

Other than the treatment, it is especially the prevention that will be effective against the cracks on the feet. By ensuring for example not to block the blood circulation at the level of the extremities, by putting thick socks in the shoes in case of strong cold, and by avoiding too dry environments (often the cause of the hardest cracks to treat). In the case where the horny layer of the heel is too thick (continuous external aggression of the heel every week, following a professional activity for example), it is advisable to reduce it with the help of a ricochet and to watch one's diet to make it rich in vitamins. Any remedial balm or oil can treat the consequence, but it is necessary to treat the cause, especially if the problem is recurring, in order to bring a lasting solution to your problem. Also, drink a lot of water! The impact will not be direct but can help your skin fight against the phénomène of cracks.
